This stage involves a more in-depth conversation to better understand one another.

What is the team environment like at ikg ?
We're a close-knit team of around 10 members, spanning ages from their 20's to 60's and representing a variety of cultural back grounds. Our culture is open, warm, and supportive—and yes, birthday cakes are very much part of the vibe.
Can I balance work with childcare or caregiving?
Absolutely. While we're still refining our official leave systems, we already offer flexible work arrangements for team members with family responsibilities. We're happy to accommodate reduced hours or custom schedules for personal reasons.
How much overtime is expected?
We prioritize a healthy work-life balance. Every Wednesday is designated as a “No Overtime Day,” and were committed to fostering a culture where productivity happens within regular working hours.
What types of projects will I get to work on?
Our works goes beyond residential design—you'll participate in both domestic and international commercial projects. We don't believe in limiting roles, so you'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of project types and stages.
