  Personal information collected by lodging this application form will be handled in the following manner. In order to apply, the applicant agrees to this Agreement. The applicant will also need to agree on the outlined security conditions.

  Purpose of Use

  • The name, gender and date of birth will be used to identify the applicants.

  • The contact details including address, telephone number, email address will be used to organize recruitment interviews.

  • Work experience, educational background and qualifications will be used for employment screening.

  • For successful applicants, the personal information will be kept with human resource management.

  • For unsuccessful applicants, the personal information will be stored with application history and screening results, in order to determine possible re-entrants in the future and differentiate new information submitted.

  • The personal information will be analyzed as a statistical data that is non-specific to the individual, so that the information can be used to review different ranges of criteria for recruitment and employment opportunities.

  Scope of Protection

  • The recruitment process will be handled in-house to the extent necessary.

  • If personal information is disclosed to outsourced contractors for analysis, a contract will be entered into between the Company and the contractor to ensure the personal data is managed properly.

  • The personal information will not be disclosed or provided to third parties except whereby required by law and regulations, for special cases or consent is obtained.

  Interception - Interference
